These terms govern access to UAE PDF and apply to individual agents, company administrators, team members, and invited users.
Use of the service
UAE PDF may be used to manage property data, create real estate brochures and PDFs, run PDF tools, share documents, and manage billing or team workflows. You must use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in line with your assigned permissions.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, protecting credentials, and ensuring that company roles, team members, agents, and viewers are authorized to access the relevant workspace information.
Customer content
You retain responsibility for property details, uploaded documents, images, logos, template choices, generated PDFs, and shared links created through your account. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload, process, and distribute that content.
Exports and review
PDF exports, previews, AI-assisted drafts, and template outputs are workflow tools. You must review final documents for accuracy, compliance, pricing, licensing, permit, branding, and advertising requirements before publishing or sending them externally.
Billing and plans
Plan limits, trial periods, manual payment verification, invoices, cancellation at period end, and renewals are managed through the billing features available in the platform. Continued use may require an active plan or verified payment.
Availability and integrations
Some features depend on configured third-party providers such as storage, email, payment, OAuth, or document-processing services. We may change, suspend, or limit features to preserve security, performance, or compliance.
Restrictions
You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another workspace without permission, upload malicious content, misuse sharing links, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service to violate applicable law or platform security.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, security risk, policy violation, or legal requirement. Certain records may remain available to administrators for audit, billing, security, or compliance purposes.
