UAE PDF provides real estate PDF, brochure, document sharing, billing, and workspace management tools for individual agents and company brokerages. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the platform.
Information we collect
We collect account details, workspace profile data, billing and subscription records, uploaded files, generated PDF metadata, support messages, audit logs, device/session records, and usage events needed to operate UAE PDF.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, manage individual and company workspaces, process document tools, generate previews and exports, apply plan limits, deliver operational email, provide support, investigate abuse, and improve platform reliability.
Documents and uploaded content
Uploaded PDFs, images, property details, branding assets, and generated outputs remain associated with the customer workspace that created them. We process this content only to provide requested product features, retention, sharing, export, and support workflows.
Sharing and processors
We may share limited data with infrastructure, storage, email, payment, analytics, security, and support processors that help us provide the service. We do not sell customer document content or contact lists.
Retention and deletion
Account, billing, audit, and generated PDF history may be retained for legal, security, and operational reasons. Source property records and temporary uploads follow the retention settings configured for the relevant individual or company workspace.
Security
We use access controls, session tracking, audit logs, scoped storage keys, verification workflows, and administrative controls designed for a SaaS document platform. Customers are responsible for keeping credentials secure and assigning correct workspace roles.
Your choices
Users can update profile data, manage security settings, request support, and ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable by contacting support.
